I. RULES AND REGULATIONS

Character Creation
Use a proper and realistic name. Celebrity, fictional characters, or other famous people’s names cannot be used. Your character in-game must have originality. Do not imitate famous people’s roles.

 

Account Ownership & Responsibility
Players must not trade their accounts for money or valuables. Your account is your responsibility, may it be your Steam, Discord, or in-game character account.

 

Unfair Advantage
Actions which give an unfair advantage:

  • Using cheats or mod menus. Abusing bugs. Changing textures for gameplay advantage.
    • Textures like no water, clear water, no weather, or any form of graphics gameplay advantage gain.
    • Bugs like spamming or binding /th and many more.
    • Spamming your custom key bind commands is also unfair advantage to others or any form of unfair advantage to other players.
  • Abused emotes to hide in walls or objects.
    • Using emotes for your advantage, like using crawl or prone emote to take advantage from another player.
  • Taking advantage of a glitch for personal gain.
    • Infinite money glitch, infinite item glitch, or any form of personal gain. We have series of logs that can track you down.
  • Any kind of macro or automatic script that helps you gain an advantage over other players.
    • For example using a macro for beating the Anti-AFK system, binding /carry to bug a person, and many more.

Any unfair advantage towards to the gameplay will result to a punishment (depends on the severity). Repeat offenders will result into a longer punishment.

 

New Life Rule (NLR)
Once you have reached 0-5 BPM, you are automatically granted a new life. Having a new life means you forget the immediate events leading up to being downed in the current scenario. Additionally, y
ou are only allowed to respawn after you bleed out, looted or you are sent to the morgue.  

 

Permanent Death - New Life Rule (PDNLR)
After an execution or boiling broke your name and appearance should be changed. (Unless your new role-play is a relative of your past life, then you can have a similarity in the appearance and the same last name.) Having a new life, of course, means you no longer remember everything that has happened in your past life.

After execution or boiling broke, players will be put in a 7 day cooldown, effectively removing him from his current WL job and group. The player also has to complete the following

- Change his name(Similar old names will no longer be allowed)

- Pay a reactivation fee

- Make sure that him taking over the new life would fit well with the narrative

- Leave his gang and WL job Both the WL department and gang that he belongs to also has to honor the 7 day cooldown. Failure to follow will result to demerit and departmental punishment.

 

Fear Roleplay
Value your life. You must fear for your life since you only have 1 life.  Surrendering to criminals is a must unless you are someone with the capabilities to fight against them (LEOs). Running away is also classified as Fear RP, which is in turn classified as a fail RP.

 

ROLEPLAY DO'S

Must Stay In-Character
Staying in-character means you have to strictly comply with the role-play. Declaring OOC often in-game is prohibited, it can only be done when there is a legitimate reason to do so, and not for personal gain or, for a complaint while a scenario is on-going. Here are examples of out-of-character actions:

  • Discussing personal lives.
  • Using words that do not fit the role-play environment
  • Advertising your stream in-game and telling people to say hi to your bodycam.      
  • Declaring a fail RP without finishing a scenario. 

There is an OOC channel in discord, however, all things that have been said there are pure out-of-character, therefore it cannot be used in-game. All OOC chats should not be taken personally and to roleplay. 
 

Manners is the Key in Getting Along

  • Respect each and every one.
  • Mind your words.
  • Make sure your role-play does not harm anyone personally.


ROLEPLAY DONT'S

Powergaming
Power-gaming, from the word itself, means the use of power in-game to surpass others or benefit one-self. Examples are the following:

  •   Using of admin powers, especially god-mode power during role-play scenarios.
  •   Using an overpowered weapon to another player during role-play scenarios. 
  •   Taking advantage of a friend who’s from a higher rank, and using that for personal gains in-game. 


Metagaming
Meta-gaming is obtaining information that is not found in-game, or not through the process of role-playing. Examples are the following: 

  •   Knowing a person’s location from a stream you are watching.
  •   Using out-of-character (OOC) to provide others information.
  •   Using information obtained through OOC in roleplaying. 


Character Creation
Bug exploit and abuse mean the use of bugs to take advantage of certain situations. Here are the examples: 

  • Wall glitch – Going through certain bugged walls in order to escape from a scenario.
  • Punching or shooting an officer while in cuff animation is considered as bug exploit.
  • Using of piggyback for something illegal.
  • Duplication of items. 
  • Prone bug.


Fail Roleplay

  • Using prohibited weapons
  • Being out-of-character
  • Combat-log – Disconnecting from the game in order to escape from a situation.
  • RP stacking is strictly prohibited.


Random Death Match (RDM)
Random Death Match (RDM) is killing or assassinating someone without any valid reason with either the use of fist or weapons, the following are the examples:

  • Revenge killing right after the incident.
  • Assassinating someone that does not have a bounty.
  • Random killing with friends just for fun or for practice in public. 
     

Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM or VDM)
Random Vehicle Death Match or Vehicle Death Match (RVDM or VDM) is killing or assassinating someone without any valid reason with the use of a vehicle.

 

Out-of-Character (OOC)

  • When there is an ongoing RP NEVER CONDUCT OOC. Let the RP finish and talk about the issues afterwards.
  • This prevents any commotion to happen in the city.
  • ALWAYS comply and let the Admins and Staffs handle it. NEVER PUT IN OOC.

Value your Life

  • Value your life during a hostage/holdup situation.
  1. An individual has to comply during a dangerous situation. In the event of absence of Verbal RP, you should be basing on the tell tale signs/actions of the perpetrator and react accordingly. (Example: A car preventing you to pass by blocking your path or on extreme cases, ramming you)
  2. By default, every citizen is a normal civilian and should exercise "Hands up first before Shooting policy."
  • Civilian vs Civilian = Flex: "." or hands up when held at gunpoint
  • Civilian vs Police = Flex: "." or hands up to be searched
  • Civilian vs Terrorist = Flex: "." or hands up to be searched
  • Trying to fight back in a disadvantageous position is considered as fail RP.
  • Even in a One on One situation, a person must comply.
  • If the person you are holding at gunpoint refuse to comply you have the right to shoot him/her.
  • If you are a Law Enforcement Officer, value of life is slightly different from that of a Civilian. This is to give our LEOs a fair chance in that RP.
    • LEOs can still fight back if the ratio is 1:1 and 1:2.
    • An officer is only obliged to comply if ratio is already 1:3.
      • Therefore: 1 LEO vs 3 Criminals = Comply.
      • 2 LEO vs 5 Criminals = Comply.
      • If 1 LEO vs 2 Criminals or 2 LEO vs 3-4 Criminals = Fight back.
  • No fear of life does not apply to terrorist(a terrorist should be able to clearly indicate that he is a terrorist before this rule applies)

 

Please bear in mind that you are in a roleplay server not in a PvP server. Each player has a choice. Never force an action or put another player in a scenario without giving them an option or opportunity to react.

When engaging, make sure that you are creating a scenario with meaningful theme and should be realistic. A good RP is when you get to see the storyline in a single perspective. With that being said, it means that both parties agreed on the established scenario and were able to follow through (Good RP),

 

Invalid verbal executions during criminal RP such as:

- Mathematical Questions ie: "answer this question in 5secs or you will die: 23482342 x 1123123 = "

- Riddles

- FORCING them to sing etc.

 

Verbal Engagement while executing a criminal RP must be VALID and realistic. Any reports with such cases will be penalized with Fail RP.

Declare your intentions. Make sure that you are clear when making threats so that the other player can follow through. You must make clear separation between "dialogue" and "action."

Aurora Executive Order No. 01 - 2020
DISRESPECTING AN LEO/GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL

Anyone caught disrespecting an LEO from AAF can face up to 50 - 100 community service. 50 community service for civilians and 100 for fellow whitelisted jobs including Combat EMS.

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 02 - 2020
APPREHENSION OF UNWANTED VISITORS AT MEDICAL CENTER

Anyone caught loitering around the hospital with no intention or business being at the hospital are subject to apprehend by an LEO with a minimum community service of 50.


Aurora Executive Order No. 03 - 2020
WHITELISTED JOB

For those who are newly hired you can't resign for the first 30 days. If you don't show up for work for more than 5 days without sending a letter of absence you will be  blacklisted or considered AWOL. Also if you get terminated from work or had submitted a letter of resignation, you won't be able to apply for other whitelisted jobs for 7 days.

THE 7 DAY RULE ALSO APPLIES TO DEPARTMENT TRANSFERS REGARDLESS OF THE AGREEMENT FROM HEADS. FAILURE TO CONFORM IS AN AUTOMATIC FAIL RP TO THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT.
 

Aurora Executive Order No. 04 - 2020
SECOND ACCOUNT

Using of "second account" is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will be PERMANENTLY BANNED.

MECHANIC IMMUNITY

It is prohibited to holdup or kidnap a mechanic on duty

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 06 - 2020
STOLEN VALOR ACT

Civilians are prohibited to wear apparels that represent whitelisted jobs (decals, vests). Any person caught stealing valor and abusing it will be sentenced to a community service ranging from 50-100. 

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 07 - 2020
GOVERNMENT ASSETS ACT

The use of military/assets for non whitelisted jobs is considered power gaming. This includes local jets, helicopters and vehicles.

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 08 - 2020
ANTI-ABUSIVE MERCHANT ACT

Selling in exchange for Real Life currency (IRL) is strictly prohibited by the law. Buyers can only use clean money, dirty money, and coins to purchase items, house, car, business and etc. Any person caught buying or selling in exchange for Real Life money will be permanently banned.


Aurora Executive Order No. 9 - 2020
LENIENCY PERIOD ACT

A player who clearly crashed or is freshly spawned will have a leniency period before they can engage/re-engage in RP. This means they will have 1 minute leniency period before they are eligible for RP.


Aurora Executive Order No. 10 - 2020
CIVILIZED COMMUNITY ACT

Players who misuse OOC and Twitter in-game (i.e. sexual manner, being hostile, being toxic, etc.) towards a player or group of players will be taken seriously by the management as it may affect the community and server itself. Please do remember that this is an RP server, you must stay in character at all times. If there comes a situation where a player breaks their character, you need to roleplay it out then bring up the issue privately through message or you can either send a /report or DM our Message Staff Bot after the RP has ended. Respect is the key to getting along and eliciting toxicity will only ruin the fun for everyone. Failure to follow this rule will lead to a 3-day ban but it's going to depend on the violation committed as well.

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 11 - 2020
SAFES SPACES ACT

This act prohibits any player to commit any crime such as hostage-taking, murder, and robbery on declared safe spaces within the city of Aurora. Players who get caught will be severely penalized. Gunfights and horseplaying are also not permitted near SAFEZONE (HP, Mirror Park, and Legion) to avoid collateral damages on non-participating citizens of Aurora. Players who break this regulation will receive a punishment between 200 to 500 comserv.

Aurora Executive Order No. 12 - 2020
RIDDANCE OF HAVOC ACT

This act prohibits normal citizens, members of non-whitelisted jobs and gangs to use explosive weapons (grenades, smoke grenades and sticky bombs) within city proper. This act is made to avoid abuse of explosives which causes rift and toxicity between two factions. They can only use them in robberies & terrorist attacks only Failure to follow this rule will result to severe punishment.

Aurora Executive Order No. 13 - 2020
REALISM IN TRANSPORTATION ACT

This act prohibits the use of vehicles that don't have trunks and those that only allow limited capacity (i.e. buggies, motorcycles, and any small vehicle). For transporting goods/shipments/blackmarket items (i.e. blue pills, red pills, weapons, etc.), you need to use large vehicles such as SUVs, vans, and trucks. Failure to do this will result to Fail RP.

Aurora Executive Order No. 14 - 2020
FOOD AND TRANSPORT IMMUNITY

It is prohibited to do holdup or hostage taking inside Burgershot, UwU Cafe, car dealer, mechanic, or taxi. It is also prohibited to hold up, kidnap, and rob a Burgershot, UwU Cafe, Car Dealer, Mechanic, or Taxi employee when they are on duty. Please see the supporting statements under kidnap and hold-up rules.

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 15 - 2022

TAX EVASION ACT

Players are no longer allowed to keep their personal money in the white-listed job society fund. Employees have two weeks to claim their salary; otherwise, it will be added to the government fund.

 

Aurora Executive Order No. 16 - 2023

FALSE GRIEVANCES ACT

False reports or reports that are found to be manipulated/twisted to their favor will not be tolerated. Anyone caught doing this will be officially warned regardless of their playing time and will be comserved for 500.

 

III. RED ZONES.

 

  • Under no circumstances should a person in the middle of RP carry anyone to HP. The RP has to be completed before any revives are made.
  • Anyone who stays within the red zone will be shot down with no regard. This will not be tagged as RDM.
  • Both red and green zones should be declared. A green zone has to be declared after 5 minutes of peace. (This is subjective. If the zone has been secured earlier than intended, green zone can be declared.)
  • To avoid confusion, undeclared redzones will share the same amount of time (5 minutes of peace) for it to be considered safe/greenzone.
  • Red zones can no longer be triggered on robbing sites. Being spotted before the robbery trigger, voids the robbery and should immediately impose retreat for both robbers and LEO.
  • Red zones are only triggered when the LEOs have no control over the area. This does not mean that just because there are armed perpetrators in an area, it will automatically be a red zone.

IV. ROBBERIES

GENERAL RULES FOR ROBBERY

The following rules for robbery must be followed to ensure the smooth roleplay in Aurora City:

  • If there's an ongoing robbery the next robbery will have to cancel/hold.
  • Robbers must have a concrete plan before starting a robbery.
  • Hostages cannot be killed if they are in compliance with the demand.
  • Hostages must be released for every demand granted.
  • Robbers and AAF cannot use medkit during the battle. Once caught will be warned by the staff.
  • Robberies cannot be conducted when there is no EMS or AAF (Fear Role-play applied).
  • The ratio must be strictly followed. AAF or Criminals cannot create a ratio on their own during negotiation.
  • LEOs can apprehend suspects coming out of the main door with either taser or tackle.
  • Criminals are not allowed to use Tasers & Flare during Robbery RP.
  • In an ongoing robbery, if there are 5+ criminals that are alive they are required for transfer to boiling broke escorted by AAF.
  • For Yacht & ATM Robbery, robbers are not allowed to rob and escape immediately. No negations will happen, therefore, resulting to a direct shootout. 
  • Props are not allowed to be spawned in all robberies unless you are an EMS or Mechanic.
  • No spectators during the robbery.
  • Use of /e cam during robberies is counted as metagaming.
  • When a robbery is tagged void, it will be a win for LEO. 
  • When both LEO and robbers are dead (0 bpm) it will be declared a draw.
  • Negotiations will have a ratio of 2:2, 2 LEOS and 2 Robbers.
  • After negotiations, 15-30 seconds will be given to the robbers (negotiators) to position before proceeding to warning shot.
  • Before triggering & during a robbery, all robbers must be inside the vicinity.
  • When the negotiation started, NO MORE follow-up robbers.
    When the robbery site has been triggered regardless of the calculation of money, it is still considered as ROBBERY RP.
  • ROBBERY CASUALTIES
    Disconnected (Sumabog utak), Stuck, In-game Abnormalities (Iniipis)
    - If the robber spawned within the vicinity, the player will be allowed to return.
    - If the robber spawned outside the vicinity, the player will not be allowed to return thus, the headcounts on both sides will be reduce.
  • You are not allowed to interfere with other parties "heist" once they have started.
  • OOC - improper use of ooc during robbery will be penalized without any warning and on the spot
    OOC such as "may pupunta po ba dito ___ - cute robbers etc. etc." Make it formal: ex: "follow up robbery - store 13 / PB / Humane"

  • Vehicles are no longer allowed to be used as blockage for robberies


RULES FOR SHOOT-OUT (ROBBERY)

 

  • Robbers cannot demand restrictions on LEO's weapon of choice.
  • If the suspect demands "no throwables" he/she must choose only one: No BZ Gas or No Grenades. (1 Hostage = 1 demand)
  • Demands should be reasonable.
  • A person can only be ID'd if he/she has 6bpm above in a LEO vs Criminals RP.
  • Using F6 to ID another person without consent who isn't unconscious is considered META/POWERGAMING.
  • 0-5BPM is considered DEAD, no need to ID a dead person.
  • Use of proper rp when it comes to identification ( ex. BODY SEARCH / FINGERPRINT, ASK EMS FOR ASSISTANCE RP.)


RULES FOR CAR CHASE (FLEECA BANK ROBBERY)

 

  • Free Passage definition: Free passage until the suspect/s safely enters the car.
  • If Robbers demand FREE PASSAGE, Respondents must give enough space for the Robbers to pass through. Blocking the way or surrounding the area with vehicles diminishes their demand. Failing to comply will result to Fail RP.
  • Robbers are only allowed to use up to 2 NEON (can be bought via Car D or Local Car D) cars.
  • Only one helicopter can be used by the LEOs during a car chase. This is only to provide the location of the robbers, and it must not be used to kill or shoot.
  • Robbers are not allowed to go to their bases during Car Chase. 
  • LEOs can now open fire on the robbers upon entering a 2nd transport/escape vehicle. (this is only possible when 2 government property have been destroyed)
  • LEOs can now open fire on the robbers upon reaching or entering the ocean/beach/river.
  • Robbers can do scuba diving to escape as long as there is proper equipment for diving. (not applicable for yacht robbery)
  • Robbers/LEOs who died in the water are considered 0 BPM. (NLR applied)

 

RULES FOR RESCUE RP CRIMINAL TRANSFER TO BOILING BROKE
 

  • At least 8 LEOs on Duty (Depending on the availability of LEOs in distress)
  • High Profile Criminal with a minimum of x5 Cases for a specific Major Violation, confirmed Terrorist, Wanted Fugitive, High Profile Criminal Guilty with 300+ Deadly Weapons, or 3000g + Illegal Substances.
  • The detained criminal must be allowed to call/contact their relatives before transport to boiling broke happens.
  • The rescue/ambush must be outside the City proper. (City proper boundary is Highway or Freeway)
  • After a successful transfer to Boiling Brooke, the criminal will be sentenced to lifetime imprisonment which means he will die of old age in prison. (Permanent NLR applied)
  • If the RESCUERS won the rescue RP, LEOs are going to remove all of their cases/convictions (Detainees only) and he/she must hide under a new identity for New Life Rule. If they lose, all detainees will spend 60 years (60 mins in real-time) in prison.

 

LEO(s):
1. LEO(s) must use their Prison Bus, Police Transporter, or Police Armored Vehicles as modes of transportation for the criminal. Maximum of 2 Riot Trucks.
2. Police Cars or Personal Cars with ELS can only be used when accompanying or escorting the Prison Bus, Police Transporter, or Police Armored Vehicles.
3. LEO(s) must be on the convoy when transferring a criminal to Boiling broke.
4. LEO(s) can take different routes or have multiple convoys when transferring a criminal to Boiling broke.
5. LEO(s) are no longer allowed to wait inside the Boiling broke. All participants must take part in the convoy.
6. LEO(s) are not allowed to wait on roads/highways on foot.

 

RESCUER(s):
1. RESCUER(s) are not allowed within the vicinity of Boiling broke.
2. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to put objects such as barricades or vehicles that will block the gates of Boiling broke.
3. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to do road blocking (Barricades/Vehicles) on any road or highway.
4. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to wait on roads or highways on foot. 
5. RESCUER(s) can ram any vehicle that is part of the convoy that has already entered the highway road or has exited the city.
6. RESCUER(s) should make sure that the riot truck is totaled/wrecked/flipped over (immovable) before getting off of their vehicles and open fire.
7. RESCUER(s) must wear themed and uniformed clothes or costumes when rescuing. This is to avoid fail RP based on the headcount of RESCUER(s) and for LEOs to easily identify civilians. (note: we suggest rescuers wear their designated / official uniforms to avoid gang alliances)

8. RESCUER(s) are not allowed to use exclusive & auction cars.

 

Note to LEO(s) and RESCUER(s):
1.    Once the LEOs have entered the gates of Bolingbroke with the criminal, the transfer is already a success. RESCUER(s) are prohibited from going inside the Bolingbroke.
2.    Once the transfer is complete, LEO(s) should announce it via OOC. All RESCUER(s) must retreat and should also announce their retreat via OOC.
3.    LEO(s) and RESCUER(s) must ceasefire once the transfer success has been announced.
4.    RESCUER(s) must announce via OOC if they got the rescued criminal during the RP. All remaining LEO(s) can still chase the RESCUER(s). Rescue is considered a success once LEO(s) have announced that RESCUER(s) got away with the criminal or if all LEO(s) are down.
5.    LEO(s) will no longer be required to cuff/escort the criminal that is being transferred when inside the vehicle. Therefore, the criminal is expected to wear seatbelts (to prevent from falling off the vehicle during the transfer/ramming) and remain in the vehicle until he/she reaches the destination (this is to avoid LEO’s from using the criminal as a shield during crossfire). 
6.    If the criminal refuses to comply and not wear his seatbelts, it will automatically result to FAIL RP. 
7.    In the event that the criminal being transferred is killed during the crossfire, it is considered as FAIL RP and the culprit or the person responsible for his killing will be punished.
 

8.    Possibility of Exchange Heads if an LEO is kidnapped during this RP.

9.    If the rescue is successful the in-mate will retain his name and will be considered as wanted. 

 

HEADCOUNT:

  • A minimum of 4 and a Maximum of 10 rescuers are allowed. (Even without rescuers transfer RP continues)
  • A minimum of 6 and a Maximum of 12 LEOs are allowed to participate.

 

WEAPONS PROHIBITED:

  • Sniper
  • RPG
  • Heavy Revolver
  • Heavy Shotgun
  • No Helicopters
  • No AFP Assets
  • Grenades
  • Smoke Grenades

SMALL HEISTS

ATM Robbery (15 mins only)
Cool-down: 5 minutes
Number of robbers: Minimum of ONE and Maximum of TWO
Number of respondents: 1: 1 ratio
Number of hostages: NO HOSTAGES. DIRECT SHOOTOUT.

NOTE: Timer will start when shots are fired. Both LEO and Robbers must be aware of the time limit per robbery site. Robbery is voided once it exceeds the time limit. Demand for 30 or any time related to the robbers is not allowed anymore.



V. KIDNAPPING/HOSTAGE TAKING AND HOLDUP

Kidnapping (40 mins only)

  • AAF can be kidnapped when on-duty BUT ONLY when they are not responding to any crime scenes.
  • Kidnapping an LEO is not allowed unless the LEO's count is at 12 and above.
  • Maximum kidnappers of five per PERSON:

    Kidnapping more than 1 person will push the limit to +1

    1 Hostage = 5 Kidnappers
    2 Hostages = 6 Kidnappers
    3 Hostages = 7 Kidnappers

    The maximum count a group can kidnap is limited to 3 ONLY.
    The maximum count for both respondents and kidnappers is limited to 20. ( 20 LEOS : 20 KIDNAPPERS )

  • Hostage Taking RP can happen in any place as long as its accessible.
  • Responder(s) objective to the hostage taking is to retrieve the hostage & the dirty money.
  • A person cannot be kidnapped when they are in a safe zone.
  • No scripted kidnapping. The person you kidnap should not be related to you or should not know your plan beforehand.
  • You must role-play your kidnapping progress, such as “Taas kamay, sumama ka samin!” or in English, “Hands-up! You’re coming with us!”
  • Hostages must be cuffed to avoid any fail role-play accusations.
  • The hostage cannot be killed while the negotiation is on-going.
  • Hostage cannot be killed when they are in compliance with the demand. However, exemptions under complying hostage, Hostage(s) can be killed if the kidnappers experience imminent danger while in the middle of RP. 
  • Kidnappers can only use 4-door vehicles when extracting their hostage/hostages. Extracting a hostage with a motorcycle is not allowed.

 

Handing over heads/Selling/Bounty hunting

  • Parties that are interested on selling LEO's to the terrorist (vice versa) has to wear gang uniform for the hand over to be valid.
     

Maximum Ransom to be ASKED (dirty money):

  • Heads/Leads: 100,000,000 PHP 
  • Government Workers: 50,000,000 PHP
  • Whitelisted Jobs: 20,000,000 PHP
  • Normal Civilians: 10,000,000 PHP

*note: STRICTLY CASH DEMAND FOR RANSOMS.
 

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR KIDNAPPING AN LEO

  • Kidnapping is not allowed unless the LEO's count is at 12 and above.
  • There should be a minimum count of (5) EMS.
  • If the Head of Department (whether it may be from AAF) were to be kidnapped, a maximum of 2 demands are allowed. (Applicable to all gangs and kidnappers only)
  • If the Head of Department (whether it may be from AAF) were to be kidnapped, no maximum demands. (Applicable to LEO vs. Terrorist only)
  • Demands are only valid when the hostage is safely secured, failure to comply with both parties' demand will result in Fail-RP. 
  • If he/she is not the Head then the maximum demand is 1 only. 

 

Hold-up

  • AAF can be robbed BUT ONLY when they are not responding to distress and to any crime scenes.
  • EMS can only be robbed/held-up IF they are not responding to any crime scene. In addition, there should be a minimum count of (5) EMS to cater to other RP's.
  • LEOs can be robbed even if the combined count is less than 12.
  • Maximum Holdappers: FIVE
  • You must role-play to rob a person like, “Holdap to, taas mo kamay mo!” or in English, “Put your hands up, where’s your wallet?!”
  • You must come face-to-face with your target and you should ensure that you are heard clearly.
  • Victims must be cuffed for a smoother role-play.
  • Hostages/Victims can escape when they see a chance possible; however, criminals have the right to shoot them while they are on their escape.

 

CRIMINALS

  • Criminals must wear a mask before conducting a crime. Note: Face must be partially covered in half or fully when using mask.
  • Criminals should not use AAF uniforms. (as seen on Aurora Executive Orders)
  • F1 Rules must be thoroughly read to avoid any fail RP.
  • Once granted a new life, they must strictly comply.

 

PROHIBITED ACTIONS FOR ALL RP

 

  • USE OF BOXES INSIDE A BUILDING WHERE ROBBERY IS HAPPENING OR RIGHT IN FRONT OF ENEMY/ENEMY'S BASE IS PROHIBITED AS WELL.
  • USING REMOVE CLOTHES FEATURE TO CHANGE CLOTHES/UNIFORM OR APPEARANCE DURING RP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THEREFORE, HOLDING L TO USE INTERACTIVE CLOTHES MANAGEMENT IN ANY RP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • TERRORIZING EVENTS / OCCASIONS. Weddings are not to be gate crashed or terrorized by Gangs or Civilians.
     

HOLD-UP/KIDNAPPING/OPEN SHOOTOUT - GANG/CIVILIAN/LEO
(Other additional rules)

  • GANGS/CIVILIANS are strictly prohibited to attack, hold-up, and kidnap within AAF Headquarter's vicinity. Violating this rule will result to FAIL RP. (LSETF & CETF BLDG)
     

ONE STEAM ACCOUNT RULE

Having more than one Steam account to play on the server is strictly prohibited. Anyone who goes against the rule will be banned permanently.

 

WHITELISTED JOB RULES

Whitelisted jobs cannot go AFK. If there is an emergency and you can inform everyone, please do so. If you can't then explain it afterward and never argue. Please be mindful that situations do come at any time, this is why it is suggested to go OFF-DUTY even if you'll be AFK for a very short period of time.
